    Consultant Client Service

    Responsibilities

    • Accountable for the smooth running of client’s account. This would involve:
    • Work with GH to develop strategic concepts and projects.
    • Lead in finalizing project activity/ activation and budget with client.

    Client Liaison:

    • Contribute to client marketing strategy and thinking.
    • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
    • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.

    Growth of Business/ Account:

    • Support GH to Create and develop opportunities for growing existing business and seek opportunities to expand scope of paid work on account and value-adds to clients.

    Professional Relations:

    • Knowledge of client opinion leader profiles and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate innovation and creativity beyond client ideas.
    • Identify opportunities to build adorers/ loyal consumer base for client’s brand or business.

    Team Management

    • Encourage team members (especially subordinates) to fulfill their potential and assume responsibility appropriate to their position.
    • Ensure the Associate Consultant and other Client Service team members have agreed role clarity.
    • Other responsibilities may be assigned by the group head

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Public Relations, Mass Communication or a related field
    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a relevant Client engaging role
    • Proven experience as a Client Service consultant or in a similar role.
    • Experience in a PR Firm
    • Proficient in Microsoft office tools

    Senior Media Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Media strategy: Develop framework for engaging and managing the media, this would involve:
      • Developing media amplification strategy for client’s campaign and ensure cohesion with the overriding campaign strategy and objectives.
    • Proactive and Reactive media and PR work:
      • Implement clients’ media amplification strategy
      • Identify, and successfully implement opportunities for proactive media work with existing and new media outlets.
    • Writing, Editing, Content Development & Media Monitoring:
      • Write and edit press releases, news stories, features, case studies and interviews to support organisational communications, website, e-bulletins, social media and media work.
    • Growth of Media Network Business:
      • Seek and develop opportunities for growing relationship with existing media houses and representatives
    • Budget Management
    • Professional Relations:
      • Responsibility for building and maintaining key relationships with opinion leaders in the media
    • Team Management:
      • Lead and motivate team to fulfill their potential and assume responsibility appropriate to their position.
    • Other responsibilities may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Mass Communication or related
    • 4 years of work experience as a media manager or similar.
    • Demonstrable experience with building effective media campaigns.
    • Ability to create appropriate content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites, and other distribution channels.
