    Construction Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Lagos.
    • The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
    • Typical tasks include supervising site staff, managing project control measures, ensuring construction safety standards are met, and handling budgeting and financial aspects of the project. The Construction Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

    Qualifications

    • Must be COREN registered with minimum 5 years experience
    • Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and Project Control
    • Expertise in Budgeting and Construction Safety
    • Solid understanding of general Construction practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
    • Experience in the construction industry is a plus

    Bar Attendant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Mixologist (Bar attendant).
    • This position is open to candidates who may not have prior experience but are eager to learn.
    • You will receive hands-on training in drink preparation, customer service, and general bar operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area.
    • Restock bar supplies and ensure consistency in drink presentation.
    • Attend to guests politely and provide excellent customer service.
    • Learn and follow standard recipes and hotel procedures.
    • Support daily bar operations and assist with inventory management.
    • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
    • Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A neat and professional appearance.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
    • Basic knowledge of beverages is an added advantage but not required.
