This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Lagos.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Typical tasks include supervising site staff, managing project control measures, ensuring construction safety standards are met, and handling budgeting and financial aspects of the project. The Construction Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
Must be COREN registered with minimum 5 years experience
Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and Project Control
Expertise in Budgeting and Construction Safety
Solid understanding of general Construction practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
