    Compliance Officer - Audit

    Location: Ikotun, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Stay updated on relevant local, regional, and international regulations affecting the hospitality industry.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including tax, labor, environmental, and health & safety laws.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of compliance programs, training, and awareness initiatives across the group.
    • Act as a key contact for external regulatory audits or investigations and support management in preparing required documentation.
    • Maintain and monitor Ibizza Pit Hotels’ compliance risk register and report on key compliance indicators.
    • Assist in the development of risk management strategies, frameworks, and policies.
    • Conduct risk assessments and assist operational teams in mitigating identified risks.
    • Report potential risks or breaches and support investigation process
    • Assist in reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures to align with current business practices and regulatory expectations.
    • Ensure all policies are communicated and accessible to relevant employees.

    Internal Audit Officer


    Location: Ikotun, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper Record from all the outlets.
    • Supports the Internal Audit (IA) Manager to audit all the departments’ outlets to ensure proper control as it relates to finance and inventory.
    • Build a strong compliance environment to ensure zero level of policy, procedures and regulatory infractions.
    • Examining company re-occurring and non-re-occurring expenditures and financial control systems.
    • Liaise with the accounts department and consultant in harmonizing prices of Food & Beverage products for sale.
    • Ensuring sales reports and records are accurate and reliable.
    • Identifying faulty processes and procedures and give advice on adjustments.
    • Preparing audit reports and commentaries for the IA manager’s review
    • Liaising with the Finance Manager and presenting findings and recommendations.
    • Work with the IA manager to build strong awareness on all policy and procedures issues; zero tolerance for un-reviewed transactions and income leakages.
    • Collating, checking and analyzing stock and purchase items.
    • Establish and maintain a database for food and beverage inventory stock including up-to-date pricing.
    • Coordinate, attend and monitor all food and beverage physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
    • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost control.

    Restaurant Manager

    Location: Ikotun, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Ensure that the restaurants revenue, profitability and quality goals are met
    • Ensure efficient restaurant operation as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standard
    • Implement appropriate strategies to resolve trends and improve sales
    • Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and order products as necessary. There should not be a stock -out of items both raw material and finished goods
    • Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, product and equipment and food Safety
    • Ensure the cashflow and the budget of the outlet is prepared and managed efficiently.
    • Maintain and develop existing and new customers by engaging in neighborhood marketing and excellent customer relationship management
    • Training, managing and supervision of staff to function optimally in line with set standards
    • Supply of high-quality material and ensuring no stock out is recorded for both raw and finished goods
    • Monitor and report on market & competitors’ activities & provide relevant information for management decision
    • Contact potential customer to understand & quantify their requirement & budget, sell advantage of company’s products
    • Respond promptly to and follow up business enquiries by mails, telephone and personal visits
    • Develop and deliver the business plans through research and surveys
    • Formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.

    Salary
    N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
