    Client Service Officer

    Responsibilities and Attributes

    • Assisting with administrative tasks
    • Receives the guest and answers questions in person by telephone
    • Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.
    • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
    • Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
    • Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
    • Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.
    • Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
    • Maintain client focused working environment for team.
    • Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
    • Responds to inquiries and refers when necessary to the appropriate official or department.
    • Prepares outgoing mail, sorts and distributes incoming mails.
    • Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.
    • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
    • Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.

    Requirements
    Candidate must possess the following:

    • Minimum of HND / BSc. in any discipline.
    • Must be computer literate
    • Must be proficient in typing
    • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Previous experience in a Secretarial or Marketing position is an added advantage.

    Admin / Legal Officer

    Responsibilities and Attributes

    • Dispute management
    • Advising on compliance with legal frameworks
    • Offering legal advice and opinion to the company.
    • Duty to ensure compliance with corporate governance codes.
    • Vetting of legal documents..
    • Maintaining records of external solicitors, interfacing with them and monitoring their appearances in court.

    Requirements
    Candidate must possess the following:

    • Minimum of Bachelor of Law (LL.B) with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
    • Skilled in legal research, legal drafting and preparation of court process
    • Management and Leadership.

    Marketing Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Identification and prospective for new clients /enrolls for business;
    • Management and improvement on existing customer relationships;
    • Marketing the organization’s products and services to meet the Company’s revenue;

    Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
    Candidate must possess the following:

    • B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related field.
    • A Post graduate degree in relevant discipline or MBA will be an added advantage,
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages,
    • Minimum of 2 years post qualification cognate experience, preferably in a reputable HMO.
    • Ability to speak the major Nigerian languages will be added advantage.
    • Self-confidence and belief in the virtue of self-employment through effective marketing ability.
    • Flair for marketing with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
