    Chief Technology Officer

    Job Summary

    • The CTO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technological vision, overseeing all technical aspects of the business, and ensuring the effective integration of innovative technologies to achieve organizational goals.
    • This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the ability to lead high-performing teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
    • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of the company’s e-commerce platform and technology infrastructure.
    • Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
    • Drive the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems to support business growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with marketing, operations, and customer service goals.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all technology projects.
    • Establish and maintain best practices for software development, system architecture, and IT operations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.
    • Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
    • Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a CTO or similar capacity within the e-commerce industry (mandatory).
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA or advanced technical certifications are a plus).
    • Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital payments, logistics integration, and web/mobile application development.
    • Proven experience with cloud computing, AI/ML, and big data analytics.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and data protection regulations.

    Learning & Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives that enhance employee performance and align with the company’s strategic objectives.
    • With a proven track record in L&D and at least 5 years of experience in this role, the successful candidate will drive talent development and foster a culture of continuous learning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with thebusiness goals and objectives.
    • Conduct training needs analysis across departments and design tailored learning programs to bridge skill gaps.
    • Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
    • Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate and track learning progress.
    • Collaborate with department heads to align learning programs with performance objectives and customer service excellence.
    • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, ROI analysis, and performance metrics.
    • Stay up-to-date with L&D best practices, trends, and technologies to enhance learning delivery.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and professional development within the organization.
    • Manage budgets and resources for L&D programs.

    Key Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any other related courses.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development.
    • Proven expertise in designing and implementing training programs and using LMS or other e-learning tools.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to measure and analyze the impact of training programs on business performance.
    • Experience in coaching and mentoring employees at all levels.
    • Familiarity with modern L&D practices and tools, including blended learning approaches.
    • Professional Certification is an added advantage.

    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to drive organizational change and implement strategies for growth.
