    Chief of Staff / Strategic Operations Director

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a highly strategic, proactive, and execution-driven Chief of Staff / Strategic Operations Director to partner with the CEO in driving business priorities, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the events, hospitality, or entertainment industry and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Serve as the CEO's trusted partner, force multiplier, and strategic advisor.
    • Drive the CEO's strategic priorities by coordinating planning, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and accountability.
    • Lead cross-functional execution to ensure decisions are translated into measurable outcomes.
    • Manage high-impact strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization.
    • Protect and optimize the CEO's time by prioritizing critical business activities.
    • Coordinate with business units to ensure seamless execution of projects, events, and operational priorities.
    • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefing materials to support decision-making.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a Chief of Staff, Strategic Operations, or Executive Support capacity.
    • Experience in the events, hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle industry is strongly preferred.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution.
    • Highly organized with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Comfortable challenging ideas, influencing senior leadership, and driving accountability.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
    • Demonstrates sound business judgment, discretion, and a strong bias for action.

    Head of Partnerships & Commercial Growth

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Partnerships & Commercial Growth to lead the organization's revenue growth through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and business development initiatives.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong network, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build long-term relationships that drive commercial success within the events, sports, entertainment, or media industry.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute the organization's partnerships and commercial growth strategy.
    • Identify, secure, and manage sponsorships, strategic alliances, media/broadcast partnerships, government engagements, investor relationships, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
    • Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline from prospecting through negotiation and execution.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives, sponsors, investors, government agencies, and strategic partners.
    • Negotiate commercial agreements that maximize revenue, brand visibility, and business growth.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and activation of partnership commitments.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Must have 5–8 years' experience in partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or commercial strategy.
    • Experience in the events, sports, entertainment, media, or sponsorship industry is highly preferred.
    • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain high-value business relationships.
    • Confident engaging with investors, senior executives, government officials, and corporate decision-makers.
    • High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
