    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Role Overview

    • The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee all financial operations, and drive sustainable growth while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and accountability.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
    • Oversee financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
    • Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management
    • Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
    • Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance frameworks

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
    • Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, CPA, CFA or equivalent) is required
    • Minimum of 10–15 years’ progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
    • Experience in healthcare or large complex organizations is highly desirable
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

    Pharmacist

    Role Overview

    • The Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and rational use of medications, supporting clinical teams, and delivering excellent pharmaceutical care to patients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently
    • Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
    • Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions
    • Maintain proper storage and inventory of pharmaceuticals
    • Support procurement and stock management processes

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)
    • Valid license to practice (PCN registration required)
    • Minimum of 2–5 years’ relevant experience (hospital experience preferred)
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
