Job Duties

• Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
• Auditing financial information
• Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
• Analysing accounts and business plans
• Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Dealing with insolvency cases
• Negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organisations
• Meeting and interviewing clients.

Qualifications and Training

• Honours Degree in Accounting with chartered status.

Requirements

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Urban and Regional Planning.
• Registered town planner
• Must be proficient in the use of Software such as Auto Cad and GIS
• Must be good in technical report writing
• Must be goal getters and team players.

Responsibilities

• Conducting literature searches, data management, obtaining consents, maintaining files, scheduling and maintaining data collection files, assisting with data analysis and generating correspondence, and reports.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of Master's Degree with at least 1 - 4 years relevant work experience.
