    SPA Therapist (Medspa)

    Job Summary

    • Our client, a premium beauty and wellness brand operating within a medically supervised spa environment, is looking to hire a Spa Therapist.
    • This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic and wellness treatments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and service excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver a range of spa and aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, and other non-invasive procedures.
    • Support advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and device-based therapies within scope of practice.
    • Conduct client consultations, skin analysis, and recommend suitable treatments and homecare products.
    • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, and infection control protocols at all times.
    • Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and documentation.
    • Prepare and manage treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in line with operational standards.
    • Identify contraindications and escalate concerns appropriately to the supervising professional.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and retention.

    • Solid understanding of hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
    • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work within a structured environment.

    Tax Specialist

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring full tax compliance, managing end-to-end tax filings, supporting financial reporting and tax accounting processes, advising on transaction-related tax matters, and representing clients during tax audits while proactively mitigating tax risks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (VAT, CIT, WHT, PAYE, Transfer Pricing) in full compliance with Nigerian tax laws, managing end-to-end submissions via Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and relevant State Internal Revenue Service (SIRS) portals.
    • Ensure accurate tax computations, timely remittances, proper documentation, and audit-ready record retention.
    • Prepare tax provisions, post accurate tax entries in the general ledger, reconcile tax balances with financial statements, and support deferred tax calculations in line with IFRS and Nigerian accounting standards.
    • Review invoices, contracts, and business transactions to ensure VAT and WHT compliance, identify tax risks, and provide practical advisory recommendations.
    • Monitor regulatory changes, respond to tax authority queries, represent clients during federal and state tax audits, and implement proactive tax risk mitigation strategies.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
    • Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CITN is strongly preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in Nigerian tax practice.
    • Consulting experience is an added advantage.

    Job Purpose

    • As the Content Creator you are responsible for producing engaging visual and written content to support Hush’D’s products, spa, Personal Content for the MD and logistics brand across digital and physical platforms.
    • This role plays a key part in storytelling, customer engagement, and campaign execution.

    Key Responsibilties
    Content Production:

    • Create high-quality videos, photos, reels, and written posts for products and campaigns.
    • Create high-quality videos, photos, reels, and written posts for the MD.
    • Develop educational content for skincare and wellness audiences.
    • Design creative for digital ads, email newsletters, and website banners.

    Social Media Management:

    • Maintain and execute the content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
    • Schedule and post content using scheduling tools.
    • Engage with followers and respond to comments in line with brand tone.

    Campaign Support:

    • Work with the brand and marketing team on product launches and promotions.
    • Create behind-the-scenes, testimonials, and influencer content.

    Brand Consistency:

    • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual standards.
    • Update brand asset libraries regularly.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Knowledge of skincare/wellness trends is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
