About the Role

We are seeking a trustworthy, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our LPG station team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer payments, maintaining accurate sales records, balancing daily cash transactions, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting the station\'s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive and process payments for LPG refills, cylinder purchases, and other products.
2. Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
3. Operate the POS system and handle cash, transfers, and other approved payment methods.
4. Reconcile cash and sales at the end of work
5. Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
6. Attend to customers professionally and respond to basic inquiries.
7. Ensure the cashier\'s workstation is clean, organized, and secure.
8. Report any cash discrepancies, POS issues, or suspicious activities promptly.
9. Support inventory and sales record updates when required.
10. Comply with all company policies, financial procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

1. Minimum of OND, or equivalent qualification.
2. Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is an added advantage.
3. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
4. Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
