    Job Responsibilities

    • Install, maintain, and repair a variety of products, ranging from cabinets to insulation to tile to drywall
    • Perform work in accordance with safety best practices
    • Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition
    • Conduct building inspections and identify needed repairs
    • Document repairs and maintain thorough records
    • Cut, shape, and alter materials as needed
    • Build doors, cabinets, and windows
    • Measure and mark materials for alterations.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND, OND and Trade Test is required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of general carpentry experience and completion of an apprenticeship, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
    • Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment.

    N75,000 - N80,000 / Month.

    • Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange pickup of goods, and with insurance companies to file claims for damaged or lost merchandise.
    • Ensuring that all goods are properly priced and labeled according to company standards.
    • Managing inventory levels by ordering new merchandise as needed to replenish existing stock.
    • Processing sales transactions using computerized cash register systems or manual methods such as a cash register or adding machine.
    • Performing physical inventory counts to ensure that all goods are accounted for at the end of each accounting period.
    • Preparing reports on inventory levels and other data to help managers make business decisions about purchasing new goods or changing prices.
    • Stocking shelves with merchandise, including putting price tags on items and arranging displays.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years work experience
    • Must be organized and punctual.
    • Well-presented and professional.
    • Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Reading blueprints / instructions and examining surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
    • Making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
    • Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.

    Job Requirement

    • Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them.
    • Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques.
    • Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)
    • Good basic math skills.
