    SME Sales Relationship Manager

    The SME Relationship Manager is responsible for building, managing, and sustaining strong relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, providing tailored financial solutions, driving business growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The SME Relationship Manager will also be accountable for portfolio growth, risk management, and cross-selling bank products and services.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing and prospective SME clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for SME clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns.
    • Conduct regular client visits and relationship reviews to assess financial needs and propose suitable banking solutions.
    • Identify, acquire, and onboard new SME clients to grow the bank’s SME portfolio.
    • Proactively explore opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell financial products (e.g., loans, trade finance, deposits, treasury products, digital solutions).
    • Conduct credit analysis and prepare credit proposals in line with the bank’s risk appetite and lending policies.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Ensure timely renewal of credit facilities and compliance with regulatory and internal credit requirements.
    • Achieve assigned revenue, deposit, and loan growth targets.

    Qualification:

    • NCE/ND, HND, B.Sc.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, business development within a financial institution.

    Deposit Mobilization Officer

    The Deposit Mobilization Officer is responsible for growing the bank’s deposit base by identifying, sourcing, and managing relationships with individual and institutional clients. The role focuses on achieving liability generation targets, promoting savings and investment products, and ensuring client satisfaction while strictly complying with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deposit Mobilization & Business Development
    • Proactively source new deposit clients through prospecting, cold-calling, referrals, and networking.
    • Mobilize deposits from individuals, high-net-worth clients, SMEs, corporates, and associations.
    • Market and promote liability products such as savings, current accounts, fixed deposits, investment notes, and special schemes.
    • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual deposit mobilization targets.
    • Design and execute innovative strategies for increasing low-cost deposits.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with deposit clients by providing excellent customer service.
    • Ensure timely communication of maturity dates, rates, rollover options, and product features.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor deposit products, and interest rate movements.
    • Ensure all deposits are sourced in compliance with regulatory (e.g., CBN/BOG/CBK) and internal KYC/AML policies.

    Qualification: NCE/ND, HND, BSC.

    Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in deposit mobilization, investment, or wealth management within the financial sector

    Social Media Manager

    Job purpose

    The social media manager will be responsible for growing brand awareness, engaging our audience, and driving traffic and conversions across all major social platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
    • Manage and maintain social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
    • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, video, stories, reels)
    • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
    • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
    • Manage social media advertising campaigns (if applicable)
    • Handle online reputation management and community moderation
    • Qualification: NCE/ND, HND, BSC

    Experience:

    • 2-3years Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail
    • Experience with paid social media advertising
    • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
