- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, track contractor performance, and report on quality control and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project logs, site diaries, and photo documentation of all active developments.
Regulatory Follow-up & Documentation Control
- Track and follow up on applications for building approvals, permits, and titles with the FCDA, AGIS, and urban planning authorities.
- Organize and maintain a secure, up-to-date repository of all land documents, surveys, Certificates of Occupancy (C of O), and approved building plans.

Administrative & Stakeholder Coordination
- Manage the Project Manager’s technical calendar, schedule site inspections, and coordinate meetings with contractors, consultants, and government officials.
- Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes of project meetings, and track action items to ensure timely execution.
- Serve as a reliable liaison between the Project Manager, site engineers, and external consultants.
Financial Tracking & Reporting
- Assist in tracking project expenditures against the approved budget and flag potential cost overruns.
- Collate weekly and monthly progress reports from site supervisors and draft consolidated performance reports for the Project Manager.
- Review contractor invoices and payment valuations against actual work done before escalation for approval.
Experience / Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Estate Management, or a related built-environment discipline.
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in a similar technical support role, site engineering, or property development assistance.

- Manage end-to-end processing and production operations (onshore, offshore, or midstream facilities).
- Oversee the performance of processing units, separation systems, gas compression, and stabilization plants to achieve production targets.
- Lead the troubleshooting of complex process upsets, optimize chemical injection regimes, and implement debottlenecking strategies to maximize hydrocarbon throughput.
Asset Integrity, Maintenance & Engineering Oversight
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all static and rotating equipment.
- Oversee process safety management (PSM) initiatives, including leading or participating in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) and HAZID studies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on facility modifications, upgrades, and brownfield or greenfield project integration.
Regulatory Compliance & HSE Leadership
- Ensure all processing activities strictly comply with regional petroleum regulations, local content laws, and international environmental standards.
- Drive a relentless \"Zero Harm\" safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and emergency response protocols.
