    Programs Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programs, workshops, bootcamps, and short courses.
    • Develop and maintain program schedules, calendars, class timetables, and training plans.
    • Coordinate instructors, facilitators, mentors, and other program staff.
    • Ensure course materials, classrooms, online platforms, and other learning resources are ready before sessions.
    • Monitor attendance, participation, assessments, and overall program progress.
    • Communicate program information, schedules, updates, and changes to students and instructors.
    • Collect student and instructor feedback and recommend improvements.
    • Prepare program reports, including enrollment, attendance, completion, and performance data.
    • Support the development and review of course content and learning activities.
    • Ensure programs comply with institutional policies and quality standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, education, training, project administration, or a related role.
    • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project-management tools, and online learning platforms.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

    IT Support / LMS Administrator

    Role Summary

    The IT Support/LMS Administrator is responsible for providing technical support to staff and students while managing and maintaining the institute’s Learning Management System (LMS), digital learning tools and technology infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first-line technical support to students, facilitators and staff.
    • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, software, networks, and other IT equipment.
    • Administer the institute’s Learning Management System, including user accounts, courses, permissions, enrollments, and content.
    • Upload, organize, and maintain digital course materials and learning resources.
    • Monitor LMS performance, accessibility, and system issues.
    • Create and manage student and instructor accounts and access permissions.
    • Provide technical support during online classes, assessments, webinars, and other virtual activities.
    • Troubleshoot connectivity, login, software, audio/video, and LMS-related issues.
    • Maintain IT documentation, equipment inventories, and support records.
    • Assist with data backup, cybersecurity awareness, access control, and basic system security.
    • Train staff and instructors on the effective use of LMS and digital learning tools.
    • Liaise with external IT vendors and technology providers when necessary.
    • Recommend technology improvements that enhance teaching, learning, and operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree, HND, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, LMS administration, or a related role.
    • Hands-on experience administering an LMS such as Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom, Blackboard, or a similar platform.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, software installation, and user administration.
    • Good understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, access control, and basic IT best practices.
    • Strong customer-service and communication skills.
    • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
    • Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, Google, or LMS-specific certifications are an advantage.

    Administrative and Enrollment Officer

    Role Summary

    The Administrative & Enrollment Officer manages the institute’s administrative processes and supports prospective and existing students through the enrollment and registration process. The role ensures accurate records, efficient admissions processes, and a positive applicant experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage student inquiries through phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
    • Guide prospective students through application, admission, payment, and enrollment processes.
    • Process applications and verify student documentation.
    • Maintain accurate student records and enrollment databases.
    • Coordinate registration, onboarding, orientation, and class placement.
    • Prepare admission letters, certificates, and other administrative records.
    • Track applications, admissions, payments, withdrawals, and student status.
    • Follow up with prospective students to improve enrollment conversion.
    • Provide administrative support to academic and management teams.
    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, office budgets, expenses and facilities.
    • Maintain organized digital and physical records.
    • Prepare enrollment and administrative reports.Ensure compliance with institutional administrative policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Office Administration, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of experience in administration, admissions, customer service, or education.
    • Must reside within Gbagada and its environs
    • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and database or student-management systems.
    • Ability to manage confidential student information responsibly.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach.
