Sales Executive (Abuja) at Tezera

Bullaugen Technology Ltd has opened a brand-new showroom at 21 Park, Wuse 2 — one of Abuja's most upscale retail addresses — and we need a Sales Executive who can own the floor. You will be the face of smart home automation and security solutions to high-end walk-in clients. No prior experience needed; ambition, presence, and hunger to learn are what matter here.

Pay: 170-200k(plus commissions)

Your Mission

• Engage walk-in customers on the showroom floor and qualify genuine prospects
• Present and demo smart home, CCTV, and automation solutions to potential clients
• Follow up on leads and move prospects through to signed deals
• Hit and track personal monthly lead generation and sales targets
• Stay current on all five core service lines through ongoing product training
• Work rotating weekend shifts as part of the weekly schedule

What You Bring

• Must-have: Showroom floor presence, face-to-face customer engagement, lead generation, sales closing, clear verbal communication, product knowledge absorption.
• Nice-to-have: Prior retail or showroom experience, basic knowledge of smart home or AV technology, familiarity with Abuja's high-end residential market.

Tools: Point-of-sale or CRM tracking, WhatsApp Business, basic product demo equipment on the showroom floor.

Requirements

• NYSC discharge certificate obtained
• Willing to work rotating weekend shifts
• Confident engaging with walk-in clients in person
• Willing to learn technical product lines during training
