    Account Executive - SMB

    Position Description

    • Andela is looking for an Account Executive to join the SMB team! As a key member of our SMB organization, you’ll play an invaluable role in Andela’s strategy and sell into some of the top engineering leaders in the world.
    • You’ll be an individual contributor focusing solely on new business, selling to prospects and managing qualified leads generated by our sales development organization.
    • You’ll also leverage your own prospecting skills to bolster your pipeline, all the while contributing to best practices that support the success of your greater team.

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate a strong business case for Andela through a consultative and value-driven sales process
    • Meet and exceed your sales goals through forging relationships with key decision makers within target accounts with the end goal of securing new business and growing overall client revenue Identify, prioritize, and track progress towards key account metrics and annual quota
    • Stay current on our clients' business, industry, and key objectives and challenges so that you can be a trusted ally in providing thought leadership
    • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle
    • Present to a wide audience of potential buyers including C-level and executive sponsors both in person and virtually

    Requirements

    • Full-cycle sales experience ideally in consulting, human capital management technology, staffing or recruiting industry
    • Consistent achievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory closing service offerings
    • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to identifying problems and finding solutions
    • Passion for Andela and a strong motivation to bring in new clients to maximize revenue

    Social Media and PR Manager

    About the Role

    • Reporting to the Director of Communications, you’ll join a social media coordinator on our small but mighty team.
    • We love our talent community and our clients and our social media channels give us direct access to them.
    • We strive to delight them during every interaction they have with Andela and in this critical role, you’ll be our first line contact so it will be your job to help ensure that happens. 
    • You’ll collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to create new relationships and grow the social community by managing all incoming questions about Andela, routing support requests, and actively engaging with brand mentions and relevant conversations across the social landscape. 

    Responsibilities

    • Online community management (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linkedin, Twitter and others) in English.
    • Review social listening reports and look for opportunities for engagement, replies or support.
    • Collaborate across the business with SMEs to provide accurate responses and solutions to social media enquiries.
    • Assist in identifying and selecting influencers.
    • Partner with the employer brand, client, community, and delivery teams to improve our overall response strategy for addressing comments and enquiries.
    • Provide recommendations for content development or changes to existing processes based on social media response reports and feedback. 
    • Monitor social media response analytics daily and ensure consistent, ongoing benchmarking and analysis of performance including data-driven recommendations to improve future success.

    Requirements

    • Native, C1, or C2 level of English required. You will need a strong command of the English language in order to be successful in this role.
    • A minimum of 2 years or proven equivalent experience working in social media account management
    • Strong preference for those located in GMT to GMT+3 timezones.
    • Ability to communicate with Andela’s core demographic in an authentic manner. Ideally, you have worked with developer and technology audiences.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving team environment, utilizing interpersonal skills to manage relationships
    • Ability to manage workflows involving multiple teams to ensure responses are provided in a timely manner and any necessary escalations are executed.
    • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Experience with enterprise social media management tools like Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Salesforce, or Hootsuite.
    • Passion for social media, technology, and the online space with strong working knowledge of current trends.

    Global Client Partner - Africa

    About the Role

    • We are looking for an experienced client service and project delivery professional to work with our most strategic, global (F500) clients based in the United Kingdom and/or continental Europe, helping them use the power of the Andela model, drive groundbreaking strategies and deliver value.
    • Ideal candidates come from a consulting background and have deep experience leading client relationships, and crafting solutions to address business challenges.

    Responsibilities

    • Client Partners are responsible for ensuring the profitability and stability of their portfolio, driving incremental revenue.
    • Demonstrate technical and sales skills to help our enterprise clients achieve outstanding scale, drive innovation, and transform digitally.
    • Establishing and developing significant relationships within the C-Suite and Director level, with an ability to develop and drive initiatives to consistently deliver results, even under challenging circumstances.
    • Keen sense of business awareness and foresight, and experience in developing strategic account plans and engagement approaches.
    • Will possess an entrepreneurial and strategic approach, understand and use current industry trends and a wide range of data to develop complex sales and marketing strategies to improve enterprise relationships and develop demand, including expansion in your assigned client portfolio
    • Client Partners connect Enterprise customers with our high quality engineers and provide oversight for delivery while ensuring steps are taken to exceed our clients’ expectations.
    • Work closely with sales expansion teams, marketing and leadership teams to expand, elevate and fortify existing relationships and new ones.
    • Accustomed to or seeking work in a highly collaborative, fun, fast paced, and energetic environment that is seeking top caliber client professionals to join our team!

    Requirements

    • 15+ years of experience in Digital Consulting or Managed Services sales, Account and Program Management & direct experience selling into F500 clients in multiple industries
    • Experience running and selling into complex enterprise digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with sales teams in Fortune 500 accounts
    • Experience and familiarity with DevOps models, various platform architectures, general knowledge of tech stacks, Ux/Bx.
    • 10+ years of experience in a quota carrying role
    • Outstanding executive presence and C-suite experience 
    • Successful portfolio management experience with the ability to drive incremental revenue within an assigned portfolio.
    • Outstanding hunting and farming skills and experience.
    • Experience negotiating enterprise agreements and closing deals
    • Salesforce & Cloud experience a plus!
    • This role must be located in the UK or European time zones (UTC/GMT +0 - +2).
