    Business Development Officer

    Role Summary

    • We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented business development officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop our foundation

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Sustain and grow income from individual donors in line with agreed targets
    • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion of the foundation
    • Ensure that individual donor contacts and activity are accurately recorded on our donor Database
    • Contribute to the development of the organizational fundraising strategy

    Person Specification

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field, Intermediate level for (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, databases)
    • Must have at least 3 years experience.
    • Ability to work calmly in a busy working environment with competing demands on your time
    • Experience of organizing fundraising events is an advantage
    • Excellent communication and administration skills
    • Experience of working at a charity or other non-profit organization is an advantage

    Graphic Designer

    Role Summary

    • We seek to fill the role of Graphic Designer, who is responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
    • You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Study design briefs and determine requirements
    • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
    • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic

    Fundraising Officer

    Role Summary

    • We seek a seasoned Fundraiser to join its tight-knit team. In this role, the fundraiser will use expert communication skills and a keen sense of initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns.

    Role Summary

    • We seek a social media manager responsible for overseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies.
