    Business Development Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking experienced Business Development Officers to join our team to drive regional growth.
    • The successful candidates will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and create strategies to boost revenue and market share.
    • We're looking for proactive, results-driven professionals skilled in identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and working with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.
    • These key hires will be instrumental in expanding our client base and strengthening our brand presence in the region.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet growth and revenue targets.
    • Continuously generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calls and targeted events.
    • Identify new markets, customer segments, and property trends through in-depth research to uncover growth opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and prospects to ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations aimed at securing new deals and expanding the client base.
    • Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure alignment and seamless client experience from lead to closure.
    • Address client concerns, ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business through effective follow-up and CRM use.
    • Explore new territories or niche markets and provide insights to improve service quality and expand offerings.
    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports on progress and results
    • Prepare business development reports for senior management.

    Required Qualifications / Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field
    • 3–5 years experience in business development, marketing, customer relationship management, sales, or a related field
    • Business Development Experience in the real estate space is an advantage.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Goal-driven with proven track record in lead generation and deal closing
    • Possess the personality, professionalism, composure and confidence to engage high net worth individuals and handle transactions with high standards of confidentiality and discretion
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong networking abilities, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to high-quality client service and expectation management.
    • Strong organization and time management skills
    • Self-motivated
    • Good understanding of the real estate market, market trends, and competitor analysis.
    • Skilled in data analysis, market research, with ability to use insights to inform business planning and decision-making
    • Expertise in creating and delivering compelling proposals and presentations.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive (SE) to facilitate seamless real estate transactions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for both accelerating the sale of client properties and identifying ideal properties that meet purchaser criteria.
    • Your primary focus will be on generating leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and nurturing client relationships through to a successful closing.
    • The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator with a proven track record in residential or commercial property sales, dedicated to exceeding targets and driving the Firm's growth in the region.

    • Execute targeted marketing initiatives and participate in industry events to promote listings and drive sales
    • Maintain a meticulously updated and organized database of available properties, client information, and purchaser inquiries
    • Conduct comprehensive property research and market analysis to provide clients with expert advice on pricing and trends
    • Liaise with the legal department to ensure the smooth closing of all property transactions and resolve any related legal matters
