Business Development / Marketing Officer at Heritage Kidney and Medical Care (HKMC)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development /Marketing Officer to drive patient growth, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the visibility of our health facility. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing initiatives, build relationships with corporate clients and healthcare stakeholders, and position the facility as a trusted provider of quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, HMOs, and referral networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with organizations, insurers, and community stakeholders to increase patient volume.
• Design and implement marketing strategies to promote the facility’s services.
• Develop promotional materials and manage digital platforms such as social media, email campaigns etc.
• Monitor patient feedback and collaborate with clinical teams to improve service delivery and patient experience.
• Analyze market trends, competitor services, and patient needs to guide strategic decisions.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Mass Communication.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Must be very good with proposals writing, presentations, and reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analysis.
• High level of professionalism and understanding of patient confidentiality.
