The Manager, Business Development - plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates budgeted sales and marketing activities. The job holder is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and plans, to achieve the targeted level of sales and customer expansion whilst ensuring profitability.

Job Description

• Manage bid process and strategy
• Prepare bids according to tender’s requirements
• Determine the physical format for tenders including layout, number of copies, special requirements and deliverables
• Tender accuracy and completeness to make sure all bid documents required for submittal are prepared and signed by the authorized personnel
• Review final documents for quality control and proof read for accuracy and compliance.
