    Business Development Manager - Oil and Gas

    Job Description

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on prospecting and securing contracts for our services.
    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
    • Lead the bidding process for contracts, including preparing proposals, presentations, and bid documents that effectively showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics as outlined by management.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our professional network.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
    • Experience in business development or sales roles within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of success.
    • In-depth knowledge of oil and gas prospecting, exploration, production, and the bidding process for contracts.
    • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
    • Industry network and social capital.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem- solving.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.

    Hospital Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Organizing and overseeing the health services and daily activities of a hospital;
    • Directing, supervising and evaluating work activities of medical, nursing, technical, administrative, service, maintenance, and other staff;
    • Developing and managing the work schedule of both clinical, administrative, technical and other support staff;
    • Creating and implementing budgets, monitoring expenses and suggesting cost-effective solutions;
    • Monitoring the use of diagnostic services, inpatient beds, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources;
    • Assessing the need for additional staff, equipment, and services and bringing recommendations to management;
    • Overseeing the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations and the different department activities;
    • Procuring new partnerships for the hospital with HMOs and other healthcare facilities under a referral program;
    • Liaising with and managing partners, contractors and vendors including ensuring that due invoices are sent out and paid as and when due;
    • Ensuring compliance with statutory policies and regulations;
    • Ensuring that stock levels of both medical and other supplies are adequate and that re-orders are made on time;
    • Carrying out all other functions that may be assigned by your supervisor.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related profession.
    • 3 - 5 years in administrative position at a healthcare facility.
    • Not more than 35 years of age.
    • Good knowledge of medical terminologies, & processes (highly advantageous).
    • Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
    • Great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
    • Superb organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent documentation, communication, business presentation and people management skills.
    • Passionate about clinical excellence.
    • Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Off
