    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across our Study Abroad and Travel & Tours divisions.
    • This role will lead client acquisition, expand the corporate travel business, and execute high-impact strategies that increase conversions, revenue, and market share.

    Responsibilities

    • Education: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for 1,500+ partner universities, ensuring the Admissions team hits enrollment quotas.
    • Travels & Tours: Expand the firm’s footprint in corporate travel management, luxury vacation packages, and specialized visa services advisory services.
    • Revenue Diversification: Identify and launch new revenue streams (e.g., flight insurance, standardized test vouchers, and post-landing settlement services).
    • Develop and execute weekly growth strategies for Admissions, Visa, and Travel & Tours operations
    • Drive revenue from study abroad placements, visa services, corporate travel management, and luxury travel packages
    • Identify and secure high-value corporate clients for travel management services
    • Lead and supervise Business Development Executives to focus on premium and corporate accounts
    • Expand Travel & Tours' offerings, including holiday packages, group travel, and specialized visa advisory
    • Analyze market trends to identify profitable visa routes, travel opportunities, and education partnerships
    • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey to improve conversion and client experience
    • Present weekly strategy and performance reports to executive management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields (relevant certifications are an added advantage)
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior role within a Travel & Education agency
    • Proven track record in both study abroad recruitment and travel/tour sales
    • Strong knowledge of visa processes, global travel systems (Amadeus/Sabre), and international education pathways
    • Experience in corporate travel sales and client relationship management is a strong advantage
    • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and revenue-driving capability.

    Renumeration & Performance

    • Base Salary: Premium, reflecting the high-level strategic nature of the role.
    • Profit Sharing: Attractive commission structure based on both personal and team-wide revenue targets.
    • Authority: Direct influence over the company's 2026 expansion and operational budget.

    Travel & Visa Consultant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel and Visa Consultant to assist clients with travel planning, visa processing, and related advisory services.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through visa application procedures, ensuring all documentation meets embassy requirements, and providing accurate travel information

    Responsibilities

    • Advise and assist clients with travel planning and booking of flights, accommodations, and travel insurance.
    • Handle visa and relocation applications for destinations including the USA, Canada, the UK, the Schengen Zone, Asia, Africa, and others.
    • Develop customized travel and study packages based on client needs and preferences.
    • Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and interview preparation.
    • Liaise with embassies, visa application centers, airlines, and global partners to ensure smooth processing.
    • Maintain accurate records of applications, transactions, and customer communications.
    • Proactively follow up with clients and provide updates on application status.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
    • At least 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or visa processing role.
    • Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for major countries (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Schengen).
    • Familiarity with GDS booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and CRM tools is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple applications simultaneously.

    Digital Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketer with a strong foundation in digital strategy, graphics design, content creation, and campaign execution.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s online footprint, running marketing campaigns, growing brand awareness, and increasing conversions through paid and organic channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Create and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) for daily posts across all company social media profiles.
    • Produce and edit marketing videos, reels, and promotional visuals.
    • Design high-quality graphics and creatives for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
    • Strong portfolio of video editing, content creation, and graphic design work.
    • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, Figma, or similar.
    • Proven ability to manage social media pages with measurable results.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
    • Experience running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign budgeting.
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience in the tech, travel, or ed-tech sectors is a strong plus.
