    Business Development Manager

    KEY RESPONSINILITIES

    Business Development & Lead Generation

    • Conduct cold calls and strategic outreach to architects, interior designers, developers, hotels, and high-net-worth homeowners
    • Identify and pursue new project opportunities
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
    • Attend networking events and industry gatherings when required

    Client Consultation & Home Service

    • Conduct home visits and site inspections
    • Advise clients on suitable wallpaper and molding selections
    • Understand space dimensions, lighting, aesthetics, and design goals
    • Provide expert recommendations aligned with client budgets and vision
    • Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure

    Relationship Management

    • Build long-term relationships with interior designers and repeat clients
    • Follow up post-installation to ensure satisfaction
    • Represent the company professionally at all times

    Revenue & Growth Contribution

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Provide market feedback on pricing, competitor activity, and customer behavior
    • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and promotions

    IDEAL CANDIDATE'S PROFILE

    • 2–5 years’ experience in sales (experience in interior, real estate, construction, or luxury products is a strong advantage)
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills
    • Confident in cold calling and face-to-face selling
    • Good understanding of interior aesthetics and space planning
    • Presentable, professional, and detail-oriented
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Loyal, coachable, and interested in long-term career growth
