    Business Development Executive

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Lagos.
    • The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and drive growth in key market segments.
    • Responsibilities include generating leads through research and outreach, conducting client meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals and quotations.
    • The role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with customer needs.
    • The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy and support revenue targets.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients.
    • Strong Business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and sustainable packaging solutions.
    • Excellent Communication skills for client meetings, negotiations, presentations, and internal collaboration.
    • Account Management experience to nurture long-term relationships, manage client portfolios, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within packaging, manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a structured sales pipeline.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    Factory Supervisor

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site Factory Supervisor role based in Lagos.
    • The Factory Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations on the production floor, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
    • Responsibilities include assigning and monitoring work, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring machinery and equipment are properly used and maintained.
    • The role also involves enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies, resolving operational issues in real time, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
    • The Factory Supervisor will train, guide, and evaluate production team members, maintain accurate production records, and collaborate with management, maintenance, and quality teams to support sustainable packaging goals.

    Qualifications

    • Strong production and operations skills, including Production Planning, Production Management, and Operations Management.
    • Solid manufacturing expertise, with experience in Manufacturing Operations and shop-floor coordination.
    • Proficiency in Quality Control practices, including monitoring processes, inspecting output, and supporting corrective actions.
    • Proven ability to lead and supervise factory teams, with effective people management, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Relevant technical or engineering qualification (e.g., diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Production, or related field); prior experience in packaging or similar manufacturing is an advantage.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Familiarity with procurement or ERP software and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices or experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.

    Customer Care Representative

    Role Description

    • The Customer Care Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.
    • This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information about products, orders, and services.
    • The representative will handle complaints, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Daily tasks include maintaining records of customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams (such as sales, logistics, and operations) to resolve service issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a calm, professional approach under pressure.
    • Previous experience in customer care, call center, or a client-facing role is an advantage.
    • Interest in or familiarity with sustainable products or manufacturing is a plus.
    • Minimum of a high school diploma; a post-secondary qualification in Business
