The Customer Care Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.
This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information about products, orders, and services.
The representative will handle complaints, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Daily tasks include maintaining records of customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams (such as sales, logistics, and operations) to resolve service issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
The role also involves proactively gathering customer feedback, recommending improvements to processes, and supporting a positive, customer-first experience that aligns with TPPC’s sustainability mission.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with customers and internal teams.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using CRM tools, email platforms, and basic office software to document and track customer interactions.
Problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a calm, professional approach under pressure.
Previous experience in customer care, call center, or a client-facing role is an advantage.
Interest in or familiarity with sustainable products or manufacturing is a plus.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a post-secondary qualification in Business
