Requirements

• A BSc/HND degree in any field (Sales/Marketing background is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.

Responsibilties

• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate Organic growth
• Handle correspondence with clients across all communication platforms.
• Work together with Team Lead to set clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
• Work with Team Lead to develop and improve service procedures, policies and standards
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
• Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 2 - 4 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
