    Business Development Associate

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to spearhead our expansion into the IT, Telecoms, and Power sectors. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships, with a deep understanding of these industries. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Business Development & Client Acquisition
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT, Telecoms, and Power sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
    • Develop strategies to penetrate high-value accounts and secure long-term contracts.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
    • Sales & Revenue Generation
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and pitch decks.
    • Negotiate and close deals that align with the company’s goals and client needs.
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
    • Strategic Partnerships & Networking
    • Establish relationships with industry stakeholders, regulators, and partners.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to increase visibility.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
    • Market Intelligence & Reporting
    • Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activities.
    • Provide regular market insights and recommendations to management.
    • Prepare reports on business development activities, pipeline, and conversion rates.

    Key Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
    • Proven experience in Consulting will be an advantage, track record of winning deals and expanding market presence in IT, Telecoms, or Power sectors.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.

    Head, Talent Management

    Job Objective:

    • To develop and drive Talent Management initiatives for the organization and support the strategic plans for the HR team.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • Manages all Talent Management activities in the company (develops and implements procedures and policies, identifies trends, develops internal management tactics, designs succession plan, performance management)
    • Designs and managed the succession plan initiative for the organization.
    • Manages organizational effectiveness and preserves the culture and values of the organization
    • Reviews and maintains the company structure to ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Identifies recruitment needs, designs and implements employee retention programmes and projects the image of the company as an employer of choice.
    • Manages all performance management strategies, frameworks, programs and ensures that performance management standards are adhered to.
    • Designs, implements and evaluates career management frameworks and strategies
    • Designs, implement and manages career pathing process, including alternative career paths initiatives.
    • Ensure that jobs are correctly graded and follows up adequately to ensure misalignment in the long run is minimal.
    • Manages and engages all subordinates effectively towards attaining the vision of the company
    • Manages other activities as delegated by Manager

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 7yrs post qualification Experience, 4 of them in managing talent management activities in a company
    • Hands on experience in talent management outside of talent acquisition or learning and development
    • Top financial service institution experience is an added advantage
    • Designs, implements and evaluates career management frameworks and strategies
    • People management experience is an added advantage
    • Ability to manage up effectively

    License & Certification: Relevant local and global HR Certification

    Education

    • First degree in a management course or any relevant field with a minimum of 2:1 class of degree
    • Post graduate degree in any HR or Management is an added advantage
