    Business Analyst III

    Main Functions

    • Solves organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes and designing solutions. Conducts interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presents the results.
    • Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions. Assists business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects.

    O&M Support Budget Planner

    Job Description
    Main Functions:

    • Develop and maintain detailed budgets for operations and maintenance activities on the FPSO or offshore platform.
    • Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to gather cost data and forecasts for planned and ongoing activities.
    • Track and report on budget performance, highlighting any variances and recommending corrective actions.
    • Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services, adhering to budgetary constraints.
    • Work closely with senior management to align the budget with operational objectives and goals.
    • Review and update financial plans, adjusting for unforeseen maintenance or operational changes.
    • Prepare cost estimates for major maintenance, shutdowns, and turnaround activities.

    Experience

    • 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, planning, and cost management in an offshore or industrial operations environment.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
    • Familiarity with cost estimation tools and software (e.g., SAP, Primavera).
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather operational data and cost forecasts.
    • Excellent communication skills, particularly for reporting financial performance to management.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Understanding of offshore operations and their financial implications.

    Experienced Operator

    Main Functions

    • Operate and monitor production systems, including separators, pumps, compressors, and other production equipment.
    • Perform routine checks on process systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
    • Execute startup and shutdown procedures for the processing units in line with operational plans.
    • Respond to alarms, and make adjustments to maintain process stability and prevent equipment failure.
    • Work closely with maintenance teams to coordinate equipment repairs and shutdowns for routine maintenance.
    • Maintain accurate logs of operations, equipment performance, and production output.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
    • Offshore safety certification (e.g., BOSIET, HUET).
    • Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and systems in the oil and gas industry.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.

    Experience:

    Entry Level Operator

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the operation and monitoring of production systems and equipment under the supervision of experienced operators.
    • Perform routine checks and monitor gauges, meters, and other equipment indicators to ensure proper system performance.
    • Support the maintenance team in basic troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment.
    • Assist in the startup and shutdown procedures for various production systems.
    • Maintain daily logs of production activities, equipment performance, and operational status.
    • Follow instructions from senior operators and supervisors, while learning operational processes and safety procedures.
    • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensure safe work practices.

    Scope of work but not limited to:

    • Responsible for day-to-day operational activities, such as monitoring, startup and shutdown of process equipment etc.
    • Optimize operational equipment such as compressors, pumps, FPSO tank related work, etc.
    • Perform troubleshooting and first line maintenance on process equipment and cascades to the maintenance team for repairs through a work order
    • Identify and resolve operating deviations
    • Acknowledge, respond to, and initiate corrections/actions to process alarms.
    • Maintain reports; update system daily reports.
    • Tracks and records the status of the equipment on the facility using the ORD tools.
    • Communicates production problems and equipment repair requirements, as appropriate.
    • Supports maintenance personnel with isolation & deisolation of equipment for repairs and startup.
    • Assists in organizing and directing preventative maintenance and housekeeping activities.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
    • Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
    • Complies with all health and safety policies, procedures, practices and regulations.
    • Other duties as assigned by management.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in an operator role, preferably in the oil and gas industry, or recent graduates from a relevant engineering or technical program.
    • Basic understanding of oil and gas production processes.
    • Ability to follow instructions and perform basic operational tasks under supervision.
    • Familiarity with process control systems, including monitoring gauges and meters.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the operational team.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
    • Knowledge of offshore safety protocols (e.g., emergency response, hazard identification).

    L&D Coordinator (Learning and Development Coordinator)

    • Collaborate with senior production staff to identify skill gaps and ensure the development of training materials to address operational needs.
    • Oversee the onboarding and induction processes for new offshore personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and safety practices required for the role.
    • Ensure all training activities comply with regulatory and company standards, focusing on safety, operational excellence, and environmental considerations.
    • Track training progress and performance, maintaining records of completed courses, certifications, and skills development.
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior employees, facilitating a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Implement and monitor competency assurance programs to ensure employees maintain the necessary skills and certifications required for their roles.
    • Work closely with the HR department and production management to plan training schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.

    • 4-6 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or human resources, with a focus on technical or operational teams in the oil and gas industry.
    • Training and Development Expertise: Ability to design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored to operational staff in the oil and gas industry.
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to technical staff.
    • Knowledge of Learning Technologies: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools to support remote or distributed learning environments.
    • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the technical and operational challenges faced by offshore production teams and the skills required to overcome them.
    • Safety and Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of offshore safety protocols and the ability to incorporate these into training programs.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage training schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with diverse teams, motivating them to participate in training and development activities.
    • Offshore safety training (e.g., BOSIET) is preferred.
