    Brand Strategist (Creative Strategy & Campaign Lead)

    Description

    • We are looking for someone who can think clearly about brands, turn briefs into strong strategic direction, and help build powerful campaign ideas.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop brand and campaign strategies from client briefs
    • Translate ideas into structured strategy and presentation decks
    • Support campaign ideation and creative direction
    • Guide execution teams (design, content, video, etc.) to ensure alignment with strategy
    • Work closely on brand positioning, messaging, and narrative development
    • Contribute to shaping how brands are perceived in the market.

    Requirements

    • 3–5 years experience in brand strategy, communications, PR, marketing, or agency work
    • Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and storytelling
    • Ability to think in campaign ideas and strategic direction
    • Experience in media, marketing, PR, or related industries is an added advantage
    • Ability to structure ideas clearly into strategies and presentations.

    Social Media Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are a brand and growth agency looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. This role goes beyond posting content—we are looking for someone who understands how social media supports brand visibility, audience engagement, and marketing objectives.
    • This role works closely with our Brand & Growth Strategist, who sets the positioning and campaign direction for each client. Your job is to bring that direction to life on social media, translating strategy into content that actually performs.

    Responsibilities

    • Translate brand and campaign strategy into platform-specific content plans and execution.
    • Write engaging captions and content briefs.
    • Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms.
    • Monitor trends, conversations, and opportunities relevant to client brands.
    • Work with designers, videographers, and the Strategist to bring content ideas to life.
    • Track performance and provide insights for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Experience managing social media for brands or businesses.
    • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
    • Excellent content planning and storytelling skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and generate fresh content ideas within a given strategy.
    • Understanding of branding, marketing, and audience engagement.
    • Strong writing and communication skills.
    • Experience in an agency environment is an added advantage.
