We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth, lead a sales team, and expand Snapnet’s footprint across Nigeria.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven sales professional who understands enterprise IT solutions and can translate technical capabilities into commercial wins.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team (Sales Executives, SDRs, Pre-Sales).
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Snapnet’s solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals to closing deals.
Grow and maintain strategic client and partner relationships.
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Track performance through CRM, forecasts, and key sales metrics
Requirements
7–10 years of B2B IT solution or consulting sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven success selling Cloud, ERP, Managed Services, or Cybersecurity solutions.
Strong commercial acumen, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience building and mentoring sales teams.
Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian enterprise market.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) are an advantage.
