    Brand Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Formulate brand’s long-term strategy to effectively reach customers
    • Responsible for 360degree marketing communications plan & tactics covering ATL, BTL, Digital and Influencer marketing
    • Oversees the brand’s marketing life cycle
    • Manages day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution
    • Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising,digital ` and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to assigned brand
    • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, editorial, marketing, design, and operations to execute specific marketing plans
    • Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends
    • Define and manage the brand’s advertising and promotion strategies
    • Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and general market drivers
    • Advise management of competitive pricing, promotions, sales trends and other competitive activity as well as a reasonable action plan
    • Ensure all sales team members are well trained and knowledgeable about brand
    • Provide monthly brand reports & updates to managemen.

    Minimum Education Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in any business-related discipline.
    • 2-3 years’field field experience in brand management and or in marketing communications of reputable brands.

    Visual Merchandiser

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with Montaigne Place’s brand identity and support sales objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with the planograms and merchandising standards provided by different partner brands while maintaining Montaigne Place’s premium aesthetic.
    • Design and execute outlets’ layouts, window displays, and promotional setups to highlight featured products, seasonal collections, and new launches.
    • Work closely with brand team, outlet manager, head of retail operations, and the marketing team to coordinate merchandising initiatives and promotional campaigns.
    • Monitor and maintain the visual presentation of all stores, ensuring that displays are refreshed regularly and remain in line with brand and seasonal guidelines.
    • Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with brand merchandising requirements and make necessary adjustments.
    • Analyze sales performance data and customer behavior to optimize product placement and enhance visual appeal.
    • Train outlets staff on visual merchandising best practices, brand guidelines, and product presentation.
    • Manage merchandising materials, props, and display fixtures to ensure they are well-maintained and available for outlet updates.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2 - 4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty, luxury retail, or fashion industry.
    • Experience working with multiple brands and adhering to their individual merchandising guidelines is highly preferred.
    • Previous experience in fragrance and skincare merchandising is an added advantage.

    Business Development Executive (Wholesale)

    About the Role

    • Finding and recruiting the right channel members, then onboarding them. Ensure retaining and penetrating those existing channel member accounts.
    • Sells the entire product line(or selections) to a single or multiple account within the territory, according to products mapping into outlets types.
    • Represent the company to the channel partners and channel partner to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

    National Sales Manager

    About the Role

    • Spearheads the strategy development initiatives for the wholesale business ensuring its consistency with the company’s overall strategy.
    • Directs and manages the overall Wholesale business and associated operations.
    • In line with overall company and business unit strategy, plans sales programs to achieve business objectives established primarily by board or management team.
    • Actively participates in Sales management on day-to-day basis including regional office visits to drive the achievement of the business unit revenue and expense objectives.

    • Revenue accountability is associated with a direct quota and the typical revenue responsibility will be determined by the COO.
    • Assist in the recruiting, training and development of all Sales unit managers and team members.
    • Oversee the assignment and re-assignment of Retail Outlet Managers ensuring that the best performers ensuring that the best performers and most experienced hands handle the more strategic outlets.
    • Work with the HR to implement a strategic talent management pipeline system to support the skills headcount required to match the voluntary and involuntary turnover patterns common to the retail business.
    • Responsible to instil a sales & service culture across all outlets and sales business units to ensure standard methodology adoption by the team that guarantees a uniform shopping experience for customers

    Requirements

    • Masters Degree
    • 10+ years of progressive, successful sales experience, with at least 3 years of that in Sales Management as a leader & manager of a sales force. Field sales experience is a plus
    • Retail chain management is a plus with experience either in FMCG, consumer packaged goods (CPG), Cosmetics, Health & personal Care related industry will be an advantage
    • Experience with e-commerce and with the operational side of running an e-commerce business is required
    • Experience in implementing Route-to-market for wholesale and retail operations
    • Experience with Organised Retail (Key Accounts) Sales as part of specialist channels
    • Indirect Sales & Channel Sales Management experience especially in the FMCG business
    • Experience with sales-force automation or CRM is essential to success
