Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with Montaigne Place’s brand identity and support sales objectives.
Ensure compliance with the planograms and merchandising standards provided by different partner brands while maintaining Montaigne Place’s premium aesthetic.
Design and execute outlets’ layouts, window displays, and promotional setups to highlight featured products, seasonal collections, and new launches.
Work closely with brand team, outlet manager, head of retail operations, and the marketing team to coordinate merchandising initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and maintain the visual presentation of all stores, ensuring that displays are refreshed regularly and remain in line with brand and seasonal guidelines.
Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with brand merchandising requirements and make necessary adjustments.
Analyze sales performance data and customer behavior to optimize product placement and enhance visual appeal.
Train outlets staff on visual merchandising best practices, brand guidelines, and product presentation.
Manage merchandising materials, props, and display fixtures to ensure they are well-maintained and available for outlet updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty, luxury retail, or fashion industry.
Experience working with multiple brands and adhering to their individual merchandising guidelines is highly preferred.
Previous experience in fragrance and skincare merchandising is an added advantage.
