    Brand Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and creative Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of our clients’ brand strategies.
    • This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative direction, and project management skills.
    • The brand manager will broadly be responsible for managing all aspects of brands on your portfolio and ensuring those brands remain recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead brand research, insight generation, and strategic positioning for clients.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform brand direction.
    • Develop and execute multi-channel brand communication strategies.
    • Craft compelling brand narratives aligned with business objectives.
    • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns with clear KPIs.
    • Translate brand strategy into actionable go-to-market plans.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted brand advisor.
    • Track and report on campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations.
    • Review and vet all creative materials for brand consistency and quality.
    • Manage brand budgets and ensure effective resource allocation

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
    • 3–4 years’ experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management.
    • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
    • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
    • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
    • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
    • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

    Client Acquistion Lead

    Job Description

    • The Client Acquisition Lead will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects into long-term strategic clients.
    • The role requires a commercially minded individual who can lead a team, manage complex sales cycles, and work across departments to align client acquisition strategies with company goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and execution of strategies to identify and secure new clients.
    • Manage and mentor the Client Acquisition Associates and other junior team members.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across sectors relevant to the company’s service offerings.
    • Conduct market research to understand target industries, client needs, and competitive positioning.
    • Collaborate with the Strategy and Agency Operations teams to create customized pitches and proposals.
    • Maintain a clear reporting system to track leads, conversion rates, and acquisition performance.
    • Represent the company at networking events, pitches, and business meetings.
    • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Chief Commercial Officer.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s value proposition and actively communicate it to prospects.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
    • Experience in the media, consulting, branding, or marketing industry is highly preferred.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
    • Strong presentation and pitch development skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales techniques.
    • Ability to lead a team while also closing high-value deals directly.
