Responsibilities:

• Use creativity to build new ideas and design concepts per the company's needs.
• Create and edit designs with recommendations for final approval.
• Create the visual concept of pictures, art, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
• Knowledge of font size and style enhances text and images' readability.
• Work with the product marketer to produce a final design
• Test the resolution of the graphics over various media and screen sizes.
• Build a healthy relationship with other team members.
• Seamlessly coordinate with the sales team and the other designers to have deeper insights into company requirements.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements:

• 3+ years of working experience as a Brand Designer
• Outstanding Brand Design Portfolio.
• Highly creative and versatile with conceptual clarity.
• Ability to perform manipulation and retouching of the images.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• A good knowledge of the latest trends in the market pertaining to the field of design.
• Hands-on experience in image editing tools and graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, e.t.c
• Willingness to accept feedback and make necessary changes in the part of the design.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional artistic ability and presentation ideas.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication value clearly.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Study company products
• Translate technical details into benefits for the user
• Follow and analyze market trends to position products
• Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
• Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
• Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
• Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
• Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

Sales Director Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum two years proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role
• Background in design and copywriting is a plus
• Experience in market analysis
• Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
• Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Ux cam)
• Excellent communication skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Creativity
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar field
