    Bookkeeper

    Responsibilities

    • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
    • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
    • Bring the books to the trial balancestage
    • Perform partial checks of the posting process
    • Complete tax forms
    • Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
    • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
    • Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
    • Update and maintain the general ledger
    • Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
    • Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
    • Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
    • Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
    • Monitor any variances from the projected budget
    • Understanding accounting best practices
    • Data entry skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Produce work with a high level of accuracy
    • Professionalism and organization skills
    • Knowledge of XERO, Quickbooks, Zoho, Sage, or other applications.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
    • Develop and review company policies.
    • Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.

    Supermarket Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all accounting transactions
    • Prepare budget forecasts
    • Publish financial statements in time
    • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

    Executive Assistant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage the MD/CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring efficient time management.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for the MD/CEO.
    • Prepare and organize necessary documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events.
    • Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal departments or external parties, facilitating communication and ensuring timely responses.
    • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD/CEO, taking notes, and reporting back on action items and decisions.
    • Assist in the preparation and execution of the MD/CEO's strategic projects and initiatives.
    • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, for the MD/CEO's office.
    • Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
    • Support the MD/CEO in the management of internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
    • Conduct research and analysis as required, providing the MD/CEO with insights and recommendations.
    • Provide administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, ensuring smooth execution and positive outcomes.
    • Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned by the MD/CEO.
