Job Description:

• We are seeking a responsible and caring Boarding House Mistress to oversee the welfare, safety, discipline, and daily activities of students in the boarding house. The ideal candidate will create a supportive and well-organized environment that promotes students’ wellbeing and personal development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for students in the boarding house
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with boarding house rules
• Monitor students’ welfare, hygiene, and health needs
• Ensure the safety and security of boarders at all times
• Communicate with parents and school management on student welfare matters
• Keep accurate records and reports relating to boarding house activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of NCE, OND, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in student care, hostel management, or a similar role is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature, responsible, and able to work with young people
