    Drill Team Quality Representative Coordinator III

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Drill Team Quality Representative Coordinator III to support drilling and completion operations by leading quality assurance and quality control activities throughout well construction, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and steward the Drill Team Quality Plan throughout well planning and execution.
    • Oversee QA/QC activities for drilling equipment and services provided by contractors and service companies.
    • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the quality event database.
    • Monitor compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to quality team members and drill team engineers.
    • Collaborate with drilling teams, service providers, and contractors to achieve quality objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (or equivalent relevant experience).
    • Proven experience in oilfield drilling and completion operations.
    • Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and industry standards, including API Q1, API Q2, ISO 9001, ASNT, NACE, and T.H. Hill DS-1 drill string inspection standards.
    • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Lead Course certification is an added advantage.
    • Experience with rig equipment, drilling operations, and quality management systems.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong business writing, computer proficiency, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Reliability Engineer III to drive asset reliability, optimize equipment performance, and improve production availability across our operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead reliability improvement initiatives and asset performance optimization.
    • Analyze equipment and unit performance data to identify reliability threats and improvement opportunities.
    • Manage production availability threats and maintain the threats database.
    • Benchmark equipment performance against industry standards and similar facilities.

    Controls Coordinator / Administrator II

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a skilled Controls Coordinator / Administrator II to support business controls, compliance processes, records management, reporting, and administrative coordination within a project environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate Controls Integrity (CI) activities and promote controls awareness across teams.
