Job Description

• We are looking to hire an experienced Bakery Manager to supervise our baking staff and manage all bakery operations.
• The Bakery Manager's responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring that orders for specialty cakes are completed on time.
• You should also be able to discard stale or spoiled bakery items and markdown goods nearing their expiration dates.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies.
• Ensuring that baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Developing and implementing advertising and marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Training staff to produce high-quality bakery items while following proper food handling procedures.
• Strategically arranging bakery items in display cases to encourage customer purchases.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of ND / HND / B.Sc. / Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts is advantageous.
• Experience: 2 years
• Proven experience managing a bakery.
• Sound knowledge of different baking techniques.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Excellent management & communication skills skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proximity to area is Key.

Job Description

• Business Development Executive will be responsible for winning new business by penetrating new clients & additional locations (accounts) and reactivating former/ dormant clients & accounts.
• This role will be expected to set demanding personal goals, work as hard as necessary to get things done, take challenges head on, and remain resilient in the face of difficulties.

Responsibilities

• Refine ideal client profile: demographics, psychographics & trigger events.
• Refine buyer persona(s) within ideal client profile.
• Cold outreach: phone, email & LinkedIn.
• Attend targeted networking events.
• Conduct introductory calls with new prospects.
• Conduct qualification/ discovery calls with prospects.
• Identify current state, desired future state, pains & desired gains of prospects.
• Present the proposal in-person (or video conference) to key stakeholders.
• Overcome objections and secure the win.
• Maintain regular contact with the customer including escalations.
• Send monthly “Scorecard” report & recap to key stakeholders.
• Conduct Quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of industry related experience in Education/Services
• Minimum of 3 years in outside sales with a prior track record of meeting / exceeding performance goals & expectations.
• Experience using CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to respond to client escalations after traditional work hours.
