    Associate Product Manager

    Key Accountabilities

    • Define a compelling product strategy and vision.
    • Interpret user research, quantitative and qualitative data to make informed product decisions, distinguishing between user needs and user wants, and recognising that users may not always be able to articulate their needs.
    • Create product and service roadmaps, working closely with the entire team. Use product descriptions and iterative delivery plans to assign priorities and make informed decisions.
    • Bring together views and inputs from a wide range of contributors, such as senior stakeholders, developers and user researchers, on the product vision, definition and delivery approach. Build in feedback loops from the beginning of the project to inform prioritisation and iterations.
    • Be responsible for the entire product/service lifecycle. Continue to improve the product/service post-launch through effective analysis of qualitative and quantitative user data, including offline data from call centres etc.
    • Keep abreast of user habits, preferences, and behaviours, and up-to-date with the latest technology. Share your understanding of the digital marketplace, including best practice, costs, suppliers, methodologies and skills, with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Plan product communication for launch and at key points during the product lifecycle.
    • Ensure post-launch communications are targeted to the right sectors and contain key messages which are easily understood.
    • Identify and segment customer sectors to understand their different needs so that communications can be targeted appropriately. Understand that communication must continue long after product launch.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's, Master's Degree or HND with 1-2 years work experience.

    Sales Manager (Agrochemical)

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Manager, Agrochemicals & Crop Protection is responsible for planning, administering, implementing and coordinating effective sales strategies and leading the Agrochemical Sales team toward achievement of set corporate sales and market share objectives.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop a strategy for re-introduction of the Company’s Agrochemical businessline.
    • Preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales and gross profit targets, objectives and budgets.
    • Sustaining sales target prospects, pipelines and orders in process sufficient to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales & gross profit target, objectives and budgets.
    • Maintain up to date competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
    • Managing the activities of field staff such as agronomists, sales representatives and commissioned agents.
    • Creating a marketing program, expanding the company’s contacts with farms and farmers, government agencies and other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
    • Deliver major sales growth through high volume target accounts.
    • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other divisions to address key business issues and opportunities.
    • Build and grow the market share for Agrochemicals.
    • Implement and monitor the implementation of the company’s sales process to establish a culture of consultative pre and post selling activities.
    • Ensure, supervise and monitor compliance with product registration requirement, regulation and related matters.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Agriculture or related course from a recognized Higher Institution.
    • 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience as a Sales Manager in the Agrochemicalfield or related sector.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive profitable sales goals.
    • Strong Oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrate ability to professionally inspire, develop and coach team members and subordinates.
    • Exceptional deal closing, selling and negotiation skills across a wide range of sophisticated buyers within competitive markets.
    • Ability to understand and apply market intelligence.
    • Team player.

    Identity & Enrolment Manager

    Job Brief

    • Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Identity & Enrolment Manager who will manage and supervise the day-to-day running of the enrolment process including capturing demographic, biometric and geospatial data of farmers in a given state or local government areas.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise the day-to-day running of the enrolment process
    • Be an accomplished people manager and very much a self-starter
    • Have agile product management experience
    • Be comfortable establishing relationships across levels within organizations
    • Capturing demographic, biometric and geospatial data of farmers in a given state or local government areas.
    • Exhibit strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, communication (written, verbal, and technical), presentation, negotiation, influence, and problem-solving skills
    • Be knowledgeable in managing the definition and execution of projects (conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation)
    • Boasts a proven track record in delivering products that deliver substantial value

    Job Qualifications

    • A good Bachelor's Degree in Physical Sciences or Humanities
    • Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience.
    • Must have demonstrated and have quantifiable experience in data capture field operations for Identity or Enrolment project.
    • Demonstrable track record in Project Management experience in complex environment.
    • Highly creative and analytical in problem solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking.
