    Assistant Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the day-to-day management of business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Support the Manager in implementing company policies, strategies, and objectives.
    • Supervise and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
    • Assist in sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
    • Oversee inventory, budgets, and financial reports as needed.
    • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and internal communications.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
    • Address customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

    Social Media Manager / Content Creator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and ads).
    • Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activities to optimize content and strategy.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
    • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.
    • Track performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
    • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
    • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a big plus.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
