Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Video Production: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, MidJourney, Synthesia, Sora, Veo, Kling AI) to create compelling video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and in-app promotions.
• Creative Development: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and storyboard video content that aligns with our brand and campaign objectives.
• Content Scaling: Develop processes to efficiently produce a high volume of video content without compromising quality, enabling rapid testing and iteration.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines, is free of errors, and resonates with our target audience.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor video performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates) and iterate on content strategies to optimize results.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI video creation tools and techniques to continually enhance our content offerings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Experience with AI-driven video creation tools is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, MidJourney, Synthesia, Sora, Veo 3, and traditional video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Position Overview

• We’re looking for a high-performing Finance & Back Office Manager to join our team—a fast-growing, skill-based mobile gaming platform.
• This is a mission-critical role that goes beyond finance. 
• You’ll manage all financial operations while also owning key back-office systems and compliance workflows. 
• As a lean, high-output team, we need someone who is proactive, analytical, systems-oriented, and deeply accountable. 
• You’ll help ensure our finances are tight, our players are protected, and our operations are bulletproof.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:

• Own end-to-end financial operations including bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly management accounts to leadership.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready financial records.
• Own investor and board-level financial reporting.
• Manage financial controls across spending, payroll, and treasury.

Compliance & Legal Coordination:

• Ensure compliance with global tax, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
• Liaise with legal partners to coordinate corporate filings, commercial contracts, and policy updates.
• Maintain up-to-date statutory filings across jurisdictions (e.g. Nigeria, UK, US, BVI).
• Support crypto-related compliance and reporting (e.g., token accounting, treasury tracking, crypto payments, wallet monitoring).

Fraud Monitoring & Player Risk:

• Audit player activity logs, payment flows, and withdrawal requests to detect anomalies and potential fraud.
• Flag suspicious behavior and work with product or compliance teams to tighten systems.

Back Office & Systems:

• Set up and maintain internal ops tools (e.g., HRS, payroll systems, accounting software).
• Assist with vendor onboarding, invoice validation, and payment workflows.
• Support hiring with onboarding systems, employment docs, and admin compliance.

Insights & Reporting:

• Analyze and report on business outcomes: revenue, user economics, cost of acquisition, payouts, etc.
• Build dashboards or reporting flows to keep leadership data-informed.

Experience & Skills:

• 4 - 6 years in finance, accounting, or ops roles (ideally in a startup or fintech/gaming environment).
• Strong experience with financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel/Sheets, etc.).
• Comfortable managing vendors, back-office tools, and legal coordination.
• Experience auditing logs, payments, or working with fraud detection is a bonus.
