    Agency Development Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales performance to ensure achievement of set targets (i.e. monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets).
    • Oversee and expand sales coverage across assigned locations
    • Ensure sales processes are efficient, ethical and compliant with NAICOM regulations/guidance.
    • Build and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders to optimize sales
    • Train, lead and coach FAS, to build their knowledge, attitude, skills and habits to improve retention and productivity of the agents.
    • Track, analyse and report sales trends at the assigned locations.
    • Identify risks and proactively engage on strategic actions to mitigate impact Of sales performance.
    • Provide regular insights to Zonal Head and Chief Agency Officer, to achieve continuous delivery of sales.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecast and performance analysis to Zonal Head and Chief Agency Officer.
    • Timely engagement and collaboration with the Agency
    • Support, Agency Training, Agency Recruitment and other affiliated service lines to optimize sales and FA retention.
    • Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the customer base in respective locations.
    • Foster a high-performance culture with dear accountability and engagement and commitment of FAS,
    • Ensure proper management of selling tools in branch (eg. application forms) and support in the submission of same.
    • Prepare and present sales reports forecast and performance analysis to Zonal Head

    Qualifications (Educational & Professional):

    • B.Sc in Business Administration. Sales & Marketing, Insurance or a related field (minimum of second class lower — 22)
    • CIIN or any related professional certification will give an added advantage.

    Required Experience/Knowledge :

    • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting Or exceeding sales targets and Agency management.
    • In-depth knowledge Of life insurance products.

    Zonal Head of Agency Development

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruit, Train & Develop Agency Development Executive, Team Leaders, and Financial Advisors (Agents)
    • Develop and execute zonal Agency strategies to achieve targets and expand market share relative to the zone.
    • Drive sales strategies to meet/exceed zonal KPIs.
    • Monitor KPIS, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions.
    • Ensure all agency activities adhere strictly to NAICOM guidelines, company policies, AML, and KYC requirements.
    • Identify growth opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and develop localized strategies to expand market share.
    • Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Oversee regional budgets, expenses, and accurate reporting of sales/performance data.

    Qualifications (Educational & Professional):

    Head, Agency Development

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive 3—5 year strategic roadmap for the agercy channel, aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.

    Market Penetration:

    • Design and implement innovative strategies for corporate market penetration, geographic expansion, and targeting new customer segments.

    Performance Analytics:

    • Utilize data-driven insights from Management Inforrnation (MI) systems to identify trends, forecast performance, and make informed strategic decisions to optimize channel productivity and profitability.

    Product Alignment:

    • Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure agency product offerings are competitive, meet rnarket needs, ard are supported with effective sales tools and campaigns.

    Manpower Planning:

    • Architect a robust and sustainable recruitment strategy to build a large, productive, and byul agent force, focusing both quantity and quality of hires.

    Future-ready Initiatives:

    • Research and propose new technologies, training methodologies, and sales practices to future-proof the agency channel and maintain a competitive advantage.

    Operational Management Team

    • Directly manage and mentor a team of Zonal Heads of Agency, Agency Developn•ent Executives and Team Leaders, setting dear performance expectations (KPIs) and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability„
    • Field Support & Ensure the effective implementation of field coaching programs. Oversee and validate that Team are actively supporting agents in the field to enhance productivity and sales closure rates.

    Performance Management:

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Active
    • Annual Premium Equivalent (APE), Case Count and
    • Productivity Ratios on a weekly and monthly basis. Take
    • corrective adion to address gaps and ensure targets are met

    Recruitrnent Drive

    • Execute the manpower expansion strategy, overseeing the reauitrnent process to ach ieve arud exceed monthly growth targets (eg, 10% monthly growth in active agents).

    Training & Development:

    • Partner with the Agency Training devnrtment to ensure continuous training programs for nevv agents and existing agents (Agency Building) are effecti•ve ard yield measurable improvements in performance.
    • Reporting: Ensure accurate and tin-lely submission of all sales reports.

    Qualifications (Educational & Professional):

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field minimum Of second class lovær.
    • MBA/M.Sc. or relevant professional certification (e.g„ QIN) is a strong advantage.

    Required Experience/Knowledge :

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the life insurance agency distribution, with at 3 years in a senior leadership role directly managing an agency sales force.
    • Proven and verifiable track record Of successfully growing an agency network (manpower and productivity) and achieving premium income targets.

    Key Skills & Competencies :

    • Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the Nigerian insurance market landscape, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
    • Analytical & Numerical Acumen: Ability to translate strategy into actionable operational plans.
