    After Sales Commercial Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking an After Sales Commercial Manager to develop effective parts for both new and existing customers, collaborate with the GM to create and implement the sales policy, maintenance of effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, supervisors and subordinates and ensures sales objectives are achieved profitable with improved customer satisfaction for business continuity.    

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Manage the complete parts and services sales process to boost the company’s revenue.
    • Analyze demand, prepare sales forecast, and determine the re-order level.
    • Identify prospects for volume sales, such as fleet operators or independent service repair centers.
    • Maintain regular contact with key accounts to build loyalty and ensure long-term revenue. Develop the client portfolio and turnover.
    • Supervise team members to ensure the objectives are met.
    • Determine parts and service sales objectives, targets, and ensure compatibility with dealers’ productivity, and assist all customers.
    • Responsible for Business Development (Fleet, Retails and Counter Sales)
    • Design and implement sales best practices (KAIZEN, ANZEN)
    • Build an efficient human resource, Initiate relevant training for team members with a minimum of four trainings a year.
    • Collaborate with extended dealerships in and out of Lagos territories and other locations like Abuja, Port-Harcourt, and other states.
    • Analyze sales figures and propose sales promotion and development measures
    • Monitor competitors and make suggestions to Management
    • Create, collate, and submit a comprehensive weekly sales reporting system, and monthly sales forecast for GM’s review.

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc. Business, Mgt. & Social Science courses
    • MSc. / MBA. in a related field of study
    • Relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience performing similar responsibilities, with at least 3 years in the Automotive Industry.
    • Extensive experience in progressing through a sales career
    • Understanding of sales and customer management processes.
    • Ability to make accurate forecasts and meet sales targets

    Open Market Trade Executives

    Job Summary

    • We are hiring Trade Executives to drive sales, expand distribution, and enhance product visibility across trade channels.
    • The Trade Executive is responsible for ensuring effective merchandising and optimal visibility of the industry brands within assigned open market stalls, wholesalers, and high-volume retailers.
    • This includes managing inventory positions, maximizing sales, and driving sell-out for brands including Akai Batteries, Amabile Di Rosa, Mangrove, Prime, and Hell Energy, utilizing the company's proprietary Account Manager App to efficiently track store activities, manage merchandising tasks, and facilitate inventory replenishment

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Ensure optimal merchandising of the company products across primary and secondary shelf locations.
    • Adhere to and maintain brand-specific planograms and visual merchandising standards.
    • Coordinate and oversee the deployment and usage of promotional materials (POSM), ensuring accurate implementation.
    • Actively drive in-store sales through effective merchandising, promotion execution, and customer engagement.
    • Capture accurate inventory stock positions across all relevant store shelves.
    • Monitor stock rotation rates closely to understand product movement and identify opportunities to boost sales.
    • Provide timely updates on stock availability, proactively addressing low-stock scenarios to avoid out-of-stock occurrences.
    • Use insights from the Account Manager App to recommend replenishment and restocking actions with a clear focus on increasing sales turnover.
    • Follow assigned store visitation routes, ensuring compliance with scheduled visits.
    • Utilize the Account Manager App Check-In feature to authenticate store presence and activity duration.  
    • Maintain and update route completion status daily.
    • Accurately record merchandising activities, inventory checks, and promotional activities through the Account Manager App.
    • Leverage the AI-powered functionalities of the app to assist in data capture (OCR) and predictive analytics for inventory management.
    • Regularly review mini-dashboard insights, including daily visit completion rate, total daily sales figures, and average in-store time to optimize productivity.
    • Proficiently use TradeDepot’s Account Manager App (Merchandiser Profile) to perform daily merchandising tasks.
    • Engage effectively with app functionalities including geolocation check-ins, stock capture, planogram compliance checks, promotional activity audits, and AI-driven stock replenishment recommendations.
    • Daily route completion rate. 
    • Inventory accuracy and timely restocking.
    • Compliance with promotional activities and POSM deployment .
    • Adherence to planogram standards.
    • Average time spent per store visit and task efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND/HND qualification or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in open market merchandising, preferably in the FMCG sector.
    • Must own a smartphone with proficiency in smartphone applications, especially data capturing and inventory management apps.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in trade supervision or a similar role
