    Administrative Manager

    Description

    • Interrand Homes & Properties Ltd, a growing real estate and construction firm in Abuja, is looking for an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to oversee our day-to-day administrative operations.
    • We need someone who has actually worked within the real estate space, someone who understands how the industry moves, the pace, the pressure and the kind of coordination it demands.
    • If you’re steady, proactive and comfortable managing both people and processes, this might be a great fit.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily administrative activities across departments.
    • Implement and improve internal processes, policies and workflow systems.
    • Supervise administrative staff and ensure optimal performance.
    • Coordinate office logistics, documentation, records and correspondence.
    • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and compliance.
    • Ensure smooth communication between management, staff and external partners.
    • Manage facility operations, supplies and vendor relationships.
    • Prepare periodic administrative reports for management review.
    • Maintain a well-structured and efficient work environment.

    Key Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
    • Minimum of 7 years professional experience, with at least 5 years in the real estate sector.
    • Strong administrative and operational management experience.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
    • Strong understanding of real estate processes, documentation and workflow.
    • Good communication and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic administrative software.
    • Ability to manage staff performance, coordinate teams and maintain structure.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
    • Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.

    Driver

    Description

    • We’re searching for someone who understands the rhythm of Abuja roads, can navigate the city confidently, and takes safety seriously.

    Responsibilities

    • Safely transport staff, clients, and materials as assigned.
    • Maintain assigned vehicle in good working condition.
    • Keep accurate records of vehicle logs and movements.
    • Follow company policies and traffic regulations at all times.
    • Support administrative runs when required.

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum of an SSCE qualification
    • Valid driver’s license.

    Customer Relationship Officer

    Description

    • We need someone who already understands how real estate works… the client expectations, the follow-up rhythm, the sensitivity around property documentation and payments.
    • Someone who knows how to keep clients engaged, informed and genuinely satisfied.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, concerns and follow-ups.
    • Guide clients through the sales and documentation process.
    • Maintain accurate and updated client records and payment tracking.
    • Ensure timely communication on project updates, inspections and milestones.
    • Strengthen long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and retention.
    • Support the sales team with pre- and post-sales activities.
    • Convert Leads to sales.

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum of 6 years experience, with strong, proven experience in the real estate sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
