    Admin and HR Officer

    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, office budgets, expenses and facilities.
    • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures and ensuring that the office runs efficiently and effectively.
    • Managing communication within the office, as well as with external stakeholders.
    • Ensuring that the office is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
    • Handling of personnel matters within the office, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary action etc.

    Job Description

    • Conveys patients to and from operating rooms, laboratories, and examination rooms.

    Pharmacist

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage the procurement process for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies required by the hospital.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
    • Counsel patients on the use of medications.
    • Compound drugs for patients where necessary.
    • Manage the inventory of drugs and consumables.

    Qualifications

    Radiographer

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Setting up examination rooms to prepare for patient examinations.
    • Ensuring patients are comfortable, explaining procedures and positioning patients and equipment correctly.
    • Conducting a range of scans and radiographic tests to produce high-quality x-ray images.
    • Performing diagnostic imaging to generate clear and usable images.
    • Entering commands and data into electronic databases to document and specify scan sequences. You must also monitor the video display to adjust density or contrast.
    • Reporting important information to physicians and updating patient records.
    • Recording imaging identification and patient documentation quickly and accurately while following protocols and maintaining patient confidentiality.
    • Providing patients with support and reassurance, taking into account their physical and psychological needs.
    • Organizing daily procedure schedules for emergencies and monitoring radiographic supplies.
    • Understanding and complying with health and safety regulations, including ionizing radiation regulations, to ensure the protection of yourself and others.
    • Monitoring patients during examinations to ensure their safety and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.
    • Performing administrative tasks such as answering technical questions, scheduling appointments, and providing pre-procedure advice.
    • Performing scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on radiographic equipment.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Radiography or any equivalent qualification and registered with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN)
    • Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience as a radiographer.
    • Must have current practicing license.
    • Must be efficient in the use of highly technical medical imaging equipment.
    • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
    • Must be computer savvy.

    Medical Laboratory Scientist

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Ensuring patients are comfortable, explaining procedures and positioning patients and equipment correctly.
    • Good knowledge of laboratory equipment
    • Collect blood or tissue samples from patients, observing principles of asepsis to obtain blood samples.
    • Process specimens utilizing protocols and technical knowledge
    • Develop a suitable standard operation procedure for the Phlebotomy unit
    • Maintaining, calibrating, cleaning and testing the sterility of equipment
    • Perform quality control, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting protocols to ensure the proper functioning of instruments, reagents, procedures, etc
    • Review results for accuracy and report the results of tests performed to the Doctor

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science
    • 3 - 5 years’ relevant post-NYSC working experience in a similar role
    • Must be registered with a practicing license.
    • Must be experienced in Hematology, Chemical Pathology and Microbiology.
    • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
    • Knowledge in the handling of laboratory equipment.
    • Knowledge in the use of Standard Operating Procedures in the field.

    • Candidate must have at least 3-5 years’ post NYSC experience as a Medical Officer.
    • Candidates must be Knowledgeable in General Medicine and other related areas of medical practice.
