Job Description

• We require an experienced female candidate proficient in accounts, bookkeeping, and procurement operations.
• The ideal candidate must be capable of handling bank reconciliation, procurement, auditing, taxation, and daily transaction recording.

Responsibilities

• Procurement ordering and follow-up with local and international vendors.
• Professional mail follow-up and correspondence.
• Reporting daily to the GM/MD.
• Updating account policies and suggesting system improvements.
• Any other duties related to the business operations.

Working Days:

• Monday - Friday: 9 am - 7:30 pm
• Saturday: 10 am - 7:30 pm
• Alternate Public Holidays: 11 am - 7 pm
