• The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality execution, timely delivery, cost control, and seamless coordination between design, procurement, workshop, and site teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in interior production, fit-out, or manufacturing management.
• Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, finishes, and interior construction methods. Experience managing workshops and on-site installations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and cost-control capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
