    Accountant

    Role Description

    • We are seeking a full-time, on-site Accountant to join our team in Ikate, Lagos. The Accountant will oversee daily financial operations, including managing accounts payable/receivable, maintaining financial records, and preparing monthly reports.
    • Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reconciling financial discrepancies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial audits.
    • Collaboration with other departments and providing insights for financial decision-making will also be essential.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Professional certifications such as ICAN is a plus
    • Experience in the technology or renewable energy sector is an advantage
    • Expertise in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and budgeting
    • Proficiency in data analysis, financial reporting, and financial forecasting
    • Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools (e.g. QuickBooks, Excel)
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Awareness of regulatory compliance requirements and financial laws.

    Customer Service and Sales Representative

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wuse 2 for a Customer Service Representative/Sales professional. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, Inflow through sales, and enhancing customer experiences.
    • Responsibilities include responding to customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, handling sales inquiries, and providing service-related solutions.
    • Collaboration with other team members to meet sales goals and educate customers on products will also be integral to the role.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework is beneficial with 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
    • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Interaction
    • Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to meet sales targets and performance goals
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
