This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wuse 2 for a Customer Service Representative/Sales professional. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, Inflow through sales, and enhancing customer experiences.
Responsibilities include responding to customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, handling sales inquiries, and providing service-related solutions.
Collaboration with other team members to meet sales goals and educate customers on products will also be integral to the role.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework is beneficial with 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Interaction
Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet sales targets and performance goals
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
Knowledge of CRM systems
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
Knowledge of smart home automation or renewable energy products is a plus
